Where did you complete your studies?
I acquired the foundations necessary for my profession during my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Babeș–Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. I then earned my degree in Psychology with a specialization in Social and Organizational Psychology at Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
What professional experience do you have?
During my final university years and the period that followed, as one of the co-founders of the Mélylevegő Projekt, I created numerous psychology-related educational materials, broadening my knowledge across various fields and interdisciplinary areas of psychology. After graduating, I worked for a year and a half as a school psychologist at Andrássy Gyula Primary School in Vecsés, supporting students, their parents, and teachers. In 2022, I began working in private practice with adult clients.
In what cases can people turn to you?
I primarily work with life-management difficulties and challenges, and clients most often approach me with:
Acute, unexpected difficulties (e.g., breakup, divorce, job loss, bereavement)
Family or relationship issues
Decision-making situations
Communication difficulties
Conflict management
Workplace challenges
Self-awareness
Stress management
Why did you start writing?
It is our shared human experience that being human is not easy. Life is a constant flow of change—a series of letting go and reconnecting. When I write, my motivation is much the same as when I work with clients: to help, to be a companion on the journey, because we are all rowing in the same boat.
Here on the DokiApp blog, I strive to share scientifically grounded knowledge in a way that is both clear and accessible to readers.
