Where did you complete your studies?

I earned my BA in Psychology at Károli Gáspár University in Hungary and my MA at Eötvös Loránd University’s Faculty of Education and Psychology. In 2020, I obtained my qualification as a counseling psychologist. In terms of method-specific training, I completed a 100-hour autogenic training course, the 150-hour self-experience and 200-hour theoretical modules of family therapy training, and I am currently training in the person-centered approach. I also took part in a 42-hour mindfulness-based cognitive therapy course organized by Semmelweis University, as well as a workshop on the use of OH-cards.

What professional experience do you have?

After graduating in 2016, I spent one year working in a pedagogical professional service, followed by two years in the social sector at a regional Temporary Home for Families, where I participated in grant-funded projects as a psychologist. Alongside my work at the Temporary Home for Families, I began private practice in 2018, primarily with clients in their 20s and 30s, under ongoing individual supervision from the outset. I mainly conduct individual consultations, but I have also led autogenic training groups for teachers and private clients. I joined the DokiApp team at its launch in 2020 and have been working with them ever since. In addition to individual consultations, I deliver workshops and lectures organized by DokiApp.

In what cases can people turn to you?

In my practice I primarily work with life-management blocks and difficulties, including relationship issues, challenges related to career choice and development, time-management problems, stress management, self-knowledge and self-esteem questions, as well as relaxation, autogenic training, and mindfulness meditation.

Why did you start writing?

My main goal in writing about psychological topics is to offer help to others in this format as well. I want to convey—in clear, accessible language—the knowledge I have gained as a psychologist and continue to develop through ongoing training, so readers can apply what they need in their own lives. I also enjoy writing because each article can serve as a thought-starter: it can spark ideas that broaden the reader’s perspective and foster a deeper understanding of others and themselves. My favorite topics include stress management, mindfulness, and human relationships.
