Meet our psychologist: Anna Sára Bognár

Sári earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology with a cognitive specialization at the University of Pécs. She is currently enrolled in a specialist psychologist training program at the University of Szeged and is a final-year PhD student at the Doctoral School of Semmelweis University. She gained international experience in Scotland at a rehabilitation institute and has worked in Hungary as a psychologist at the Pancreatic Diseases Institute of Semmelweis University.
Since 2019, she has been working with children struggling with incontinence and their families, applying a personalized, solution-focused approach. In her consultations, she uses empirically proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and relaxation techniques. She places great importance on creating a supportive and trustworthy environment where clients can actively engage in their own development.
