They are DokiApp's most reliable professionals

Since its launch in 2020, DokiApp's medical consulting service has proved to be a helpful tool for many users seeking quick and professional advice online. We are proud to have been able to help our patients through hundreds of successful consultations and gained recognition by prestigious awards.

Of course, this would not have been possible without the members of our medical team, who make DokiApp a reliable professional service with their commitment and expertise. That’s why we want to introduce some of them, so you can get to know the doctors who await you "on the other end of the line" to provide medical advice through online video calls.

In our first short introductory interviews, you can meet with Dr. Fanni Domonkos, Dr. Zsanett Jakab and Dr. Adrienn Márton, our colleagues awarded as “Most Reliable Professional of the Year” in 2020, who not only conducted countless consultations during opening hours, but have also proved their commitment by being available at night as well on certain occasions.

Dr. Fanni Domonkos

What is your field of expertise, what kind of professional experience do you have?

I'm Dr. Fanni Domonkos, I graduated from the University of Pécs in 2015, and obtained my specialist degree in family medicine at Semmelweis University in 2019, for which I had been preparing from the beginning of my studies.

Why did you decide to work within DokiApp’s telemedicine service?

As with GP work, at DokiApp I love being able to help with a variety of problems, and I have the opportunity to give lifestyle advice. In addition to the pharmacological and drug-free treatment of diseases, I can also pay attention to their prevention.

What do you like best about this job? / What is your experience with the consultations so far?

Before the COVID, we didn’t even think that video consulting could be used so well to quickly discuss a problem, analyze findings, or set up an investigation plan.

Dr. Zsanett Jakab

What is your field of expertise, what kind of professional experience do you have?

I graduated as a family doctor and diving hyperbaric doctor in 2016. I provided general medical services in Dunaújváros and surrounding villages and I took part in a general practitioner's service in Budapest and its surroundings. I am currently working in private practice.

Why did you decide to work within DokiApp’s telemedicine service?

I believe that many problems can be solved through video calling. If you need quick help, I think this app is the most effective solution.

What do you like best about this job? / What is your experience with the consultations so far?

I like that I don’t have to sit in a doctor’s room to be able to help. In my experience so far, those who turn to us need reassurance or a second opinion the most. I have time to talk and listen to the patient.

Dr. Adrienn Márton

What is your field of expertise, what kind of professional experience do you have?

In 2009 I obtained a general medical degree at the University of Debrecen. I started working at the Clinic of Internal Medicine as a resident and then as a specialist candidate. In 2011, I also started a full-time PhD course. My main area of interest is hematology, including acute leukemia.

Why did you decide to work within DokiApp’s telemedicine service?

I started working as a DokiApp doctor in the postpartum period after giving birth to my second child. I really liked the flexible work that can be done from home, so I can keep my knowledge up to date even in the postpartum period.

What do you like best about this job? / What is your experience with the consultations so far?

I heartily recommend the application to all prospective patients if they need medical advice and opinions quickly, conveniently, from home.
